Conditions
You may withdraw from the purchase within exactly 30 days from delivery. Dietary supplements may only be returned in factory-sealed, unopened condition, with intact safety seal and original outer packaging.
The return process
- Send your notice of withdrawal with the order number to the support email address
- Wait for the return ID and the exact return address details
- Pack the unopened products in the original protective packaging and a sealed cardboard box
- After the received and inspected package is approved, the purchase price will be refunded within 3-10 business days.
Who pays return shipping
If the product is faulty, damaged or the wrong item was delivered, we cover the return cost: we send a prepaid shipping label or arrange for a courier to collect the package. In the case of withdrawal, the return cost is borne by the customer, but we do not make any other deductions.
Refund timing and method
We will start the refund within three business days after the product has been successfully inspected. For cash on delivery purchases, we transfer the money to the bank account you provided; for payments made by bank transfer, we transfer it back to the original account. The credit typically takes one to five business days at the bank.

Exchanges
If you need a different size, variant or product, follow the return instructions and order the new one. We will refund the value of the returned item after it arrives. If we are responsible for the reason for the exchange, we will deliver the new order free of charge.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge until the day it is shipped. To do so, write to [email protected] and provide your order number. If the package is already on its way, the return rules apply.
