Delivery methods

Doorstep delivery

Tracked courier delivery to the address provided: building, apartment, city, and postal code. Signature can be requested for orders above 18000 Ft.

Pickup point

You can pick it up at a nearby partner pickup point or parcel locker. The package remains there for 7 days, after which it is returned to us.

Delivery time is counted in business days from dispatch. In hard-to-reach areas, delivery may take 1-2 days longer.

Standard delivery within Hungary is free for orders over 18000 Ft; below this amount, the delivery fee is 1490 Ft.
The package arrives between 2 and 5 business days from dispatch.
Orders received before 16:00 on business days are dispatched the same day.
Eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
Payment: cash on delivery, bank transfer.

Order processing

On business days, orders received before 16:00 are dispatched the same day. If the order arrives after the deadline, on a weekend, or on a holiday, it is handed to the courier on the next business day. As soon as the order is placed, we send the confirmation and the order number by email.

Our products are packed in multi-layer, heat-protective and impact-resistant corrugated cardboard boxes. The capsules and liquid formulas are supplied with an intact factory safety seal and inner air-cushion protection to protect against external environmental influences.

Tracking your parcel

After the shipment is dispatched, we send an automatic notification by email and SMS containing the parcel number and the online tracking link.

Lost or delayed parcel

If the parcel tracking shows no new event for five business days, contact [email protected] and provide your order number. We will then contact the courier service, and within ten business days of your report, we will either reship the order or refund the full amount, as you choose.

Damaged on arrival

If you notice any signs of external damage on the packaging upon delivery, ask the courier to prepare a damage report. Please take photos of the damaged box and the product, and send them together with the order ID to our customer service for a quick investigation.

Payment methods

Cash on delivery

Pay the courier when you receive the parcel; no advance payment is required.

Bank transfer

You can also pay by bank transfer to our company bank account; we send the account number at the end of the order and in the confirmation email. We dispatch the shipment after the payment is credited, typically within one business day.

Payment is possible with the following methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. We never ask for bank card or online banking login details by email or phone.

Delivery outside Hungary

We also deliver internationally to selected countries. Fees and deadlines for the destination country are shown on the checkout page, before payment. If import duties apply, they are paid by the recipient.
