The goods

Dominolo distributes dietary supplements with natural plant extracts, vitamins, minerals and daily vitality support, intended to supplement a balanced diet. On the product pages you will find the exact contents of the package, the quantity and the packaging size. The images are for information only; the packaging may show minor differences.

Ordering and contract

The order is considered placed when you complete the payment process. We will send you an email confirmation, and the contract is concluded when the package is dispatched. If the product is not in stock or the data cannot be verified, we may reject the order and refund any amount already paid.

Prices and payment

The prices shown are in HUF and include the applicable VAT. The shipping cost is visible at checkout, before payment. Possible payment methods: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. If the price is an obvious error, we may adjust it before dispatch and give you the opportunity to confirm or cancel the order.

Delivery

The delivery methods, deadlines and costs are detailed on the Shipping and payment page. The risk of loss of or damage to the products passes to the buyer upon delivery.

Product images and colours

The product photos are taken of the actual products. The displayed colors may be modified by the monitor, the browser and ambient light; a minor difference resulting from this is not considered a defect, so it does not entitle you to free return or compensation. The sizes, materials and contents of the package are listed on every product page.

Transfer of risk

We are responsible for the condition of the products until they are handed over to the courier, whether the delivery is made to you or to a person designated by you. After handover, the risk of damage or loss is borne by the customer. Transport damage visible on the packaging must be recorded with the courier, and you must notify us within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

Within 30 days of receipt, you may return the products as described on the Returns page. The products are covered by the warranty for defects and product warranty under the Civil Code. A warranty claim may be enforced for manufacturing defects or abnormal changes in condition within the shelf life, provided that proper storage conditions are observed.

• Perishable goods or natural substances with a short shelf life
• Dietary supplements with opened protective packaging that cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons
• Products which, by their nature, become inseparably mixed with other movable items after delivery
• Sealed audio or video recordings, and software, if the protective seal has been opened after delivery

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the liability of Dominolo Egészség Kft. is limited to the amount actually paid for the disputed order or to a maximum of 35000 Ft. No provision of these terms and conditions limits any obligations that the law does not permit to be limited.

Age and use

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. The products must be used according to the instructions on the label, and they do not replace the support of a daily routine.

Governing law and disputes

This contract and any legal disputes arising from it are governed by the laws of Hungary, in particular the Civil Code and the applicable Hungarian consumer protection regulations. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation, the court at the seller's registered office has jurisdiction, without prejudice to the consumer protection rights applicable at the buyer's place of residence.
