How to choose a plant-based dietary supplement
First, decide whether your goal is daily vitality or supplementing your meals. Check the exact plant ingredients on the label and the nutritional supplement's content. In our product descriptions, we clearly list every plant part used.
What materials are the capsules made of?
We use vegetable cellulose capsules for our products, which contain no animal gelatin. The inner content consists exclusively of dried and finely ground plant extracts, seeds, and leaves. We do not use synthetic binders or unnecessary bulking agents.
How should I take the products?
The capsules are best taken during or immediately after a meal with a large glass of water. Be careful not to exceed the recommended daily amount stated on the box. Store in a dry place, protected from sunlight, at room temperature.
How can I order and pay?
You can place your order on the website by providing accurate shipping and billing details. In our web shop, you can pay by cash on delivery to the courier or by advance bank transfer. We do not offer card payment or installment payment.
When is the package handed over to the courier?
We aim to prepare and hand over to the carrier orders placed by 16:00 on the same day. You can track your packages with the ID sent by the courier service. Dispatch takes place directly from our site in Kecskemét.
How does product returns work?
You can return the product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. Dietary supplements with a hygiene seal are accepted only if unopened or faulty. The return shipping cost is borne by the customer, unless we delivered a wrong or defective product.
